La Martinerie

On Friday, April 3, “Les Amis de La Martinerie” had the pleasure of hosting a film crew from the CRPC (Committee for the Recognition of Castelroussin Heritage/ Comité pour la reconnaissance Patrimoniale Castelroussine), who came to shoot segments for a 15-minute video clip documenting the American presence in the Indre region between 1951 and 1957.

Françoise Lavenu, Marie-Solange Chamard, and Yves Chambon came to share their personal testimonies, while Didier Dubant, author of numerous works on this American presence, contributed his expertise.

Once edited, this video will be available for viewing on YouTube; we will be sure to keep you informed.
